Last Updated: July 2026

Welcome to Mojo Crew (www.mojocrew.au). Mojo Crew ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website, use our Business Health Check tool, engage our coaching services, or participate in our recruitment programs.

We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Section 01

Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies you or can be reasonably linked to you ("Personal Information"). The types of information we collect depend on how you interact with us:

General Enquiries & Coaching

Your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any information you provide when you contact us or book a Discovery Call.

Business Health Check & AI Tools

Answers you provide regarding your business's identity, strategy, sales, operations, culture, finance, and technology, along with your contact details, to generate your report. These responses are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI (see Section 03) and may be transmitted to servers located in the United States. By submitting a business assessment, you consent to this processing. If you provide your email address, you may receive your report and, separately, occasional updates from Mojo Crew — you can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Tailored Recruitment

If you are a candidate applying for a role, we collect your resume/CV, employment history, qualifications, references, and eligibility to work in Australia. If you are an employer, we collect your corporate and contact information.

Automated Information

Your IP address, browser type, operating system, and website usage data collected via cookies and analytics tools to help improve our website experience.

Section 02

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for the primary purpose for which it was collected, or closely related secondary purposes, including:

  • To deliver our coaching, mentoring, and AI-driven business tools.
  • To process and assess applications for employment and match candidates with potential employers.
  • To send you your customised Business Health Check report and actionable roadmaps.
  • To communicate with you, respond to inquiries, and send marketing updates (which you can opt out of at any time).
  • To maintain, secure, and optimise our website and customer systems.

Section 03

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third parties only in the following scenarios:

Recruitment

Candidate profiles and resumes are shared with potential employers only with the candidate's prior consent.

Service Providers

We use the following third-party service providers who may access your personal information in order to deliver our services. Each is bound by their own privacy obligations and/or contractual confidentiality requirements:

  • Google LLC (Google Analytics) — We use Google Analytics to collect website usage data (including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited) to help us understand how visitors interact with our website. Google may process this data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. Google's Privacy Policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Anthropic PBC (Claude AI) — We use Anthropic's Claude AI to process responses submitted through our business assessment tools and generate your personalised report. Your survey responses are transmitted to Anthropic's API, which operates on servers located in the United States. Anthropic does not use your data to train its models under its standard API terms. Anthropic's Privacy Policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
  • Other IT and cloud hosting providers — We may engage additional vendors for hosting, email delivery, and CRM services, all operating under strict confidentiality obligations.
Legal Requirements

If required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

Section 04

Direct Marketing

We may use your contact details to send you updates about Mojo Crew services or insights. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications, you can click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email or contact us directly.

Data Security and Retention

We take the security of your data seriously. We use industry-standard electronic, physical, and managerial safeguards to prevent unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with legal obligations. Retention periods by data type are as follows:

If you would like your responses removed, please contact us using the details in Section 09 and we will action your request within a reasonable timeframe.
  • General enquiry and contact form data — retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for up to 3 years for record-keeping purposes.
  • Website analytics data — retained by Google Analytics for the maximum available period (currently 50 months) in accordance with our GA4 data retention settings, to support long-term performance analysis and website improvement.
