Our story

30 years in the
trenches.

For 30 years, our leadership has been in the trenches — owning, operating, and scaling businesses through every economic shift imaginable. From the dot-com boom to the GFC, from digital disruption to a global pandemic — we've navigated it all from the inside.

In 2011, this experience evolved into a dedicated coaching practice, helping other founders navigate the pitfalls of growth. What started as informal mentorship quickly became a structured methodology — one that has now helped hundreds of Australian SME founders break through their ceilings and build businesses that thrive.

By 2015, it became clear that "advice" wasn't enough. Founders had the right strategy, but they lacked the People and Systems to execute it. Mojo Crew was founded to bridge that gap — combining decades of operational knowledge with world-class recruitment and cutting-edge AI tools.
